Naturally, each client has distinct needs for skills and talent. This makes it a challenge to speak to each customer’s situation. But, with their new Experience Center, Randstad can deliver personalized, visually stunning storytelling experiences.
Challenges
Randstad’s previous auditorium space had all the standard features you might expect, but it didn’t reflect the company’s forward-looking vision. Instead, they wanted a cutting edge, technologically enabled space that could foster knowledge sharing and inspire people. As part of a wider renewal project for their head office, Randstand engaged TSC’s expertise to realize their vision. Randstad’s impressive Experience Center is a total reimagination of how office space can deliver new value.
Solution
To design this sophisticated and elegant space, TSC was brought in at an early stage. Working as part of the wider renovation, each element is carefully selected to give Randstad the greatest flexibility for how it can be used to captivate and inspire.
Visitors to the Experience Center are immersed in engaging and visually stunning experiences. It even features a state-of-the-art Virtual Studio, which is used to host and broadcast large scale online events. 3D content and extended reality presentations are fully supported by The Storytelling Suite’s integrated Unreal Engine capabilities.
The main space seats up to 180 people, and it can be customized for each audience with lighting and projections that create a wrap-around immersive experience. Best of all, this incredible space is versatile enough for multiple internal and external use-cases. It means Randstad can invite their clients and strategic partners to share the stage and include their own presentations.
With this flexibility, Randstad’s Experience Center can deliver more than just immersive in-person experiences – they can also use it for videoconferencing, shareholder meetings, and imaginative extended-reality hybrid events.
Results
Randstad uses their Experience Center almost constantly, and it’s usually booked-up by staff and partners for many weeks in advance. It’s easy to use, and clients can simply plug in their laptop with an HDMI cable and NDI encoder to give a breathtaking, immersive presentation.
All the standard office tools can be used too, including Slack, PowerPoint, and Trello – so there’s no limit for using the Experience Center for dynamic collaboration.
