Introduction

As a global communications brand, connecting people is at the heart of Telefónica’s mission. Driven by innovation, this brand is constantly evolving with advanced new technologies and partnerships. Their Innovation Fair demonstrated this commitment perfectly. It brought together O₂ Telefónica employees, partners, and vendors to explore new horizons in technology. It was an unforgettable event that connected people with memorable moments and helped to spark new ideas.

Challenges

Held in the expansive halls of Munich’s Eisbachstudios, O₂ Telefónica and its partners were the focus of this inspiring event. By connecting people with new ideas and innovations, it sparked creativity and deeper collaborations.

The latest innovations and solutions were shared by 16 different partners, and more than 50 speakers captivated the audience with their insights and fresh perspectives. Attendees enjoyed a wide range of presentations and panel discussions, and these were topped off by a communal jamming event.

With their creativity unleashed, everyone was able to find their rhythm in a relaxed prelude to an unforgettable evening.

Solution

TSC’s expertise was used to realize the entire event, from the concept design to creation of content and installation of the stage and exhibition stands. The Innovation Fair was carefully crafted to meet O₂ Telefónica’s vision for inspiration, innovation, and human connection.

The result was a marked departure from the traditional tradeshow or partner fair. Each participant was given a memorable experience filled with excitement and inspiration. Everyone had an opportunity to share their company’s own vision and latest innovations, and the agenda was packed with engaging experiences that encouraged creativity and stimulated new ideas.
