TSC’s Environmental Goals.

    • We offer boot camps, healthy office lunches, informal activities, a vitality program and work-life balance coaches for all our employees.

    • We aim for a participation rate of 80% in the organized Buddy activities.

    • 100% of our employees are familiar with the possibility of consulting the internal confidential advisor about DE&I matters;

    • 100% of our employees are familiar with the possibility of reporting DE&I incidents to the internal confidentiality advisor;

    • A DE&I committee will be installed in the organization by 2030 at the latest;

    • TSC remains an IND sponsor to be able to recruit and hire knowledge immigrants;

    • On a regular basis discussions with the Employee Forum in the context of participation and consultation are held.

    • We are and remain certified against international standards for information security;

    • 100% of our employees are trained on information security and privacy awareness, on the TSC Code of Conduct and have signed the Code of Conduct;

    • 100% of our suppliers (if disclosed) know how they implement Sustainability (themselves and in their value chain);

    • ESG is part of TSC's supplier selection and assessment process.

    • 100% of our employees annually follow at least 1 training course focused on the development and maintenance of our products and services (measurable via agreed development plan / performance review).

    • 50% reduction in CO2 emissions by reduction of fossil fuels for the TSC carfleet compared to 2022 (CO2 emissions base year = 26.3 tons kg CO2; target 2030 = 13.1 tons kg CO2) through the use of hybrid and electric cars in the TSC carfleet.

    • New cars with 100% fossil fuels will no longer be allowed in the TSC carfleet from 2025; TSC pool cars are hybrid or 100% electric.

    • 100% reduction of CO2 emissions from energy consumption of buildings by steering towards the procurement of 100% Netherlands generated renewable energy by the property owner by 2028 and/or compensation by means of certificates of annual emissions.

  • Relative emission reduction full scope 3

    • As our organization grows, we aim for a 25% reduction of CO2 emissions per employee for scope 3 by 2030 compared to 2022.

    Business travel
    A 25% reduction in CO2 emissions from business air travel by 2030 compared to 2022, by;

    • encouraging the use of trains for business journeys < 750 km, depending on the work to be performed, and

    • reducing the number of business travel movements by deploying and/or taking over local parties and scaling up our foreign satellite offices.

    Commuting

    • 50% more public transport kilometres for commuting by 2030 compared to 2022;

    • Increase the number of bicycle kilometers for commuting in 2030 compared to 2022 by introducing a (lease) bicycle plan.

    Other scope 3 emissions

    • 25% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from waste from office activities and the projects by 2030 compared to 2025, through 100% waste separation at source. The baseline measurement will be carried out in 2025;

    • 50% reduction in GHG emissions from the use of our products in 2030 compared to 2024 by using the most energy-efficient LED components available from 2025;

    • 25% reduction of GHG emissions from disposal of our products and own IT devices through return and responsible IT waste processing by TSC and its customers.
