To overcome this barrier, Honeywell’s Customer Experience Center (CXC) has brought their portfolio to life with tangible and immersive storytelling. Visitors experience the unseen, explore the art of the possible, and form lasting memories.

Challenges 

Honeywell’s business is divided into 4 strategic business groups, but their solutions have cross-industry applications. This is why the CXC has exceptional value. Whether it’s integrating building controls at an airport, deploying sensors in aircraft, or optimizing operations at an industrial plant, Honeywell can offer a holistic approach that unifies these solutions in a seamless experience. The CXC creates an immersive environment for weaving the company’s diverse offerings into a memorable experience that sparks conversation.

Solution

As the lead for the entire CXC project, we collaborated closely with Honeywell. From strategy and concepting, to installation and technical support – everything was covered. But it didn’t end there - as Honeywell’s solutions continue to evolve so should the story they tell in their CXC.  

With The Storytelling Suite at the core of the experience, the company can continue creating new experiences. It is designed to handle the complexity and customization required for Honeywell’s needs. By using this robust software, the company can turn any future vision into reality. 

The CXC engages visitors with a wide range of interactive technologies. The Immersive Experience Room and Interactive Video Wall are complemented by sensor-driven signage and interactive holographic displays. These entice visitors to explore Honeywell’s innovations, while compelling visitors to experience Honeywell’s technologies, hands-on.

Real-life demonstrations make intangible and complex solutions easy to understand. By interacting with a real-time heatmap visitors can visualize the flow of human activity in the entire building – revealing how invisible technologies can optimize building resources, improve comfort, and save energy.
