Challenges

 The IFS Experience Center was born from a bold idea: to reimagine how they interact with clients. IFS wanted their Experience Center to be a dedicated space for really connecting with the challenges and needs of their customers. It had to captivate and inspire – with tailored stories that each customer could relate to. Showcasing how IFS could offer solutions that would bring value to their business..

From the moment a visitor steps through the door, their journey would truly become their own.

Solution
When IFS relocated their UK office, their Chief Digital & Information Officer, Sal Laher, took the initiative to commission a dynamic Experience Center that could demonstrate their products in a highly agile way.

Working towards their goals, TSC created an immersive space that could spark interactions, inspire new ideas, and direct meaningful conversations. Powered by The Storytelling Suite, IFS can customize a variety of templates to create an endless array of experiences. From product launches to brand experiences and global town halls – it’s all possible with this versatile technology.
